Small Business Startup Costs Calculator

One major thing to consider when starting small business is how much it is going to cost. However, we need to not only consider the original start up costs, but the costs of running the business over time.

Luckily, for my readers, I have found a small business calculator that will do all of the calculating for you. All you have to do is plug in the costs of things you probably (and should) already know and press calculate. The script will give you the results including the initial start up costs and the costs of running your business over time.

Now, I’m sure by now you are itching to start plugging in your numbers and see what your business is going to cost, so here is the link: Small Business Calculator.

Here’s some advice on how to work it a little bit better. You may put “0” in any box if you will not incur that expense or you already have it. Also, when it comes to ongoing monthly expenses, make sure you change the number of months to your desires. This way you can estimate the cost of running your small business over 3 months, 6 months, or even a year (or more). You don’t have to put in email address, and make sure you uncheck the box saying you’re interested in receiving stuff.

Other than that, enjoy the calculator, and I hope it gives you a better idea of the startup costs of your business.
